About

Shaping the space between
idea and execution.
I'm Tyler Lennox Bush, MA, MFA (CAPM) — a Continuing Lecturer in Visual Communication & Design at Purdue University Northwest, teaching at the confluence of Business, Technology, and Media Education. Outside the classroom, I work as a project professional, helping clients move from strategy to finished work through creative direction, business development, technical writing, disciplined project stewardship, and hands-on content production.
My career sits where creative vision meets structured execution. I've led and supported projects across media, education, broadcast, live performance, commercial design build, and heavy industry — often translating complexity between artists, engineers, stakeholders, and technical teams to keep work aligned, on schedule, and built to a high standard.
After 25+ years of making — from major performance venues, film studios, construction sites, vast industrial environments to the university classroom — I've learned that craft scales when it's paired with clear systems. Today, that includes AI literacy and agile workflows, alongside the fundamentals: taste, rigor, collaboration, and story.
I'm currently completing an MBA in Project Management and developing a Midwestern Gothic prestige drama series, Raking Prophet's Rock.
I believe the best work happens when rigor meets openness — when you know the systems well enough to improvise within them. Whether I'm teaching a freshman how to frame a shot, coaching a VP through a Copilot Studio workflow, or managing a $164K scan-to-BIM deliverable, the approach is the same: listen, structure, execute, refine.

Solutions for Projects,
Programs, and Productions
The work starts with research and ends with delivery — qualitative and quantitative methods, Design Thinking, and Agile development, all aimed at the same thing: clarity and craft in service of a real problem. I lead at every altitude. Behind the camera. Coaching teams. Teaching one-on-one. Running with the crew. Servant leadership isn't a philosophy I adopted, it's why the work gets done.
